This is a quick reset, not a new system

You do not need to rewrite every detail about your pet. Gather only what matters during the next seven days, remove old or duplicate notes, and finish with one concrete next step.

1. Collect only this week’s tasks

Check chats, paper notes, and calendars, then move only the next seven days of tasks into one temporary list. Record an unconfirmed health matter as a question for a professional, not a decision to make alone.

2. Remove duplicates and old versions

If the same task appears in several places, keep one current entry. Delete or archive completed and outdated notes so nobody follows the wrong version.

3. Check everyday supplies

Quickly review food, cleaning items, and walking essentials. Add only genuine gaps instead of building a long just-in-case shopping list.

4. Give every task one owner

When several people share care, place one name beside each task. This turns ‘someone will do it’ into a clear agreement.

5. Close with one next step

Choose one action you can complete today or tomorrow, such as buying an item, updating a contact, or adding a confirmed appointment to the calendar. Keep everything else on the weekly list.

Five-minute checklist

This week’s tasks are in one place; duplicates are gone; supplies are checked; every task has one owner; one next step is selected. Save the list and reopen it on the same day next week.
